INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Make Up First ® LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Illinois, County of Cook and/or the state of Illinois.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Make Up First ® LLC . You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Make Up First ® LLC also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in the discretion of Make Up First ® LLC you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you Make Up First ® LLC, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
PRIVACY
Any personal information that Make Up First ® LLC, obtains from you when you use services on our site. This policy does not cover the practices of companies that Make Up First ® LLC does not own or control, or the actions of people that Make Up First ® LLC, does not employ or manage.
Make Up First LLC ®, will ask you for information, including some personal information, if you use one of several services and/or make a purchase. When you buy something on Make Up First ® LLC, you have to supply a billing address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information.
We realize that our customers trust us to protect their personal information. We take that task seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please feel free to email us with any questions before or after your purchase. Please save your receipt and packaging. We can not accept returns on merchandise due to color variances from computer monitors to real life. We do our very best to photograph our items. We are unable to accept returns on brushes and cosmetics. All sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges, subject to the Shipping Terms.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your address is up-to-date! We are not responsible for orders that have supplied an out dated address. Once the tracking information states "delivered" we will hold no responsibility.
All orders are generally processed in 1-5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery before you inquire about your shipment.
