| Deadlines: |
Payment must be made by the following
dates to secure course registration:
Registration and payment must be made by June 2, 2008 for Summer Session and September 2, 2008 for Fall Session
Additional classes may be added after the
initial registration; however, payment for any
added courses must be received no less
than seven business days before the start of
the added course. |

| Payment: |
Payment may be made by cash, check money
order, MasterCard or Visa.
There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks or
credit card rejection.
Note: Tuition and fees may be subject to
change. The School can not guarantee that
all classes listed in the brochure will be available at registration; the School reserves the
right to cancel the course if there is
insufficient enrollment. If cancelled, the
student may select another course, or
request a full refund, which will be issued
within three weeks from the student’s
failure to select an alternate course. |

| Certification: |
Upon successful completion of Basic
Makeup, Media Makeup, Theatrical
Makeup, Clinical Makeup and Careers
In Makeup Artistry, a Certification of
Completion will be issued by the School.
The School warrants that it is currently recognized as an Illinois state certificatied vocational school for the training of professional makeup artists. |

The School is conveniently located to public
transportation. In addition, there are several
parking facilities offering discounted evening
and student rates.
The school is in the heart of the Chicago Loop, across the street from DePaul Law School, west of the Art Institute of Chicago.

| The Makeup Kit: |
The first class of Basic Makeup deals with the Makeup Kit, so products need not be purchased and/or brought to School until instructed. However,
students are expected to bring a clean set of brushes to each class. Brushes, as well as brush cleaner/sanitizer, is available for purchase at student-discounted rates, at the School. Students will also be able to purchase their Makeup Kits from the School, selecting student discounted items of their choice, from the following products lines: Makeup Forever, Cinema Secrets, Alcone, Eve Pearl, Kett, Paula Dorf, and others. Students are also entitled to a 20% discount at MAC pro shops.
